Shipping Policy
Shipping Time
Packages are shipped Monday thru Friday via USPS or UPS. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
Packages are shipped in a plain brown cardboard box and are only identified by your name and our corporate name(J2S Enterprises LLC).
Order Processing
Standard and Priority Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following the date of the order. Overnight Shipping orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. If an item needs to be sent overnight, please contact us via customerservice@myintimatepleasures.com for rate.
Shipping Options
We ship either USPS or UPS.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days via USPS & UPS.
We ship within the Continental US including: Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories.
We do not ship overseas.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses including: PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and AEO.
Order Status
Order status can be checked by logging on to your account. You will receive a tracking number in your account once items have shipped..

At My Intimate Pleasures, we consider all customer information to be private and confidential. We never share our customer information with anyone for any reason. Payment Information
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept ATM or Debit cards issued by either Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or check payments. (SSL) encryption is used for all transactions. The SSL technology sends all of your personal information, including credit card, password, name and address to us in an encrypted code.
Backordered Items
We strive to make sure we maintain an accurate inventory but on occasion, there will be an item out of stock even if it shows available on the website. Your order will ship as soon as the backordered item is in stock. You will receive an email notification if the item is on backorder or you can log into you acct to check the status of an item on backorder. Backordered items are charges unless we received cancellation of that item. Cancellation can be done by sending us and email with your order number at customerservice@myintimatepleasures.com. Once cancellation is received, then we will credit the amount due. The backordered item will ship priority mail via USPS once back in stock.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made prior to the item being shipped. You can email us at customerservice@myintimatepleasures.com. If the goods have already been shipped, then they will be handled as a return. Please see our return policy.
