Return and Exchange Policy

Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are:

• Unopened – a 25% restocking charge will be assessed for any return that is not mechanically defective.
• No refund will be issued for any product if it is not returned within 15 days of the original order date.

* All returned products must have a return authorization.

** We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns at our discretion.

How To Obtain An Return Authorization

• Email us with the following information:
• Order number, date of purchase, reason for returning and the name as shown on the billing receipt.
• Once your information has been received an authorization will be promptly emailed.
• Once your product(s) has been received, your credit card or any other form of payment will be credited.
• Any credits to be issued will take place within 14 days of receiving of the return.

*Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned. In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately; replacements for liquid items are available within a few days of expected delivery date.

For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund. Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Authorization (RA) number, please call us toll-free at TBD, from 10am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective. Thank you.
